Meet or exceed goals (store sales and margins). |

Keep store expenses within established budgets (weekly & monthly). |
 |
Train, supervise, motivate and review assistant managers, counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel. |
 |
Maintain and develop strong working relationships with customers and vendors. |
 |
Delegate effectively. |
 |
Deliver superior customer service. |
 |
Maintain computerized inventory ensuring adequate stocking of regular and special order items. |
 |
Generate leads from general contractors and forward them to General Manager or Outside Sales. |
 |
Design and take-off. |
 |
Keep store clean and customer friendly. |
 |
Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Watersavers’ Employee Handbook. |
 |
Ensure inventory and premises security by enforcing all Watersavers’ safety procedures. |
 |
Make recommendations for improvement. |
 |
Perform other tasks as assigned. |
 |
Possess or be capable of acquiring a Designated Dealer Agent Certificate. |
 |
Stock material when needed. |
