| Summary of Job: |
| The Counter Salesperson sells merchandise, delivers excellent customer service, and maintains inventory. |

| Responsibilities: |

Counter sales |
|
Process customer orders & collect payments. |
|
Load merchandise for customer when necessary. |
|
Stock material. |
|
Product knowledge. |
|
Take merchandise orders as needed. |
|
Maintain stock, inside and outside, in a neat and orderly manner. |
|
Customer service. |
|
Help in year-end inventory. |
|
Process sod orders as required by customers. |
|
Ability to function well in a team. |
|
Other duties as assigned. |

| Education and Skills Required: |
|
High school diploma or equivalent (GED Certificate). |
|
Experience in landscape, irrigation, or plumbing industry preferred. |
|
Demonstrated sales experience in wholesale or retail. |
|
Must be able to lift and squat with 80 lbs. |
